Take a stake in Coffee Car France
The €1,000 contribution corresponds to an entry into the share capital of Coffee Car France under the terms of the transaction concerned. It is not the purchase price of the Coffee Car machine.
The Coffee Car machine is not sold to the driver. It is provided free of charge under the Programme, according to the agreed terms. It remains tied to your participation in the Programme.
The applicant becomes a shareholder once their entry into the share capital has actually been completed:
completion of the applicable formalities,
signature of the required documents
and registration of their shares in the company’s registers according to the legal arrangements adopted.

Join the Coffee Car advertising network
Coffee Car vehicles are intended to become on-board communication media. The Programme provides an advertising revenue mechanism for drivers who actually take part in campaigns, under the applicable terms.
This advertising revenue is independent of shareholder status and of any dividends. It depends in particular on the campaigns actually shown and on the advertising revenue actually received by Coffee Car France. The precise terms are those set out in the documents applicable to the Programme.
A concept already tested on the road
Coffee Car was developed from real experience of the driving profession. The prototype and in-vehicle trials made it possible to test the concept in its real environment and to gradually improve the equipment and the experience offered.
These trials also made it possible to observe passengers’ reactions and how the service fits into the journey.

What does the €1,000 represent?
The €1,000 is your equity stake in Coffee Car France, under the terms of the share capital transaction. It is an investment in shares, not the purchase price of the Coffee Car machine.
Am I buying the Coffee Car machine?
No. The Coffee Car machine is not sold to the driver. It is provided under the Programme, according to the agreed terms. It remains tied to your participation in the Programme and must be returned when you leave it for good.
When do I become a shareholder?
You become a shareholder once your entry into the share capital has actually been completed: subscription or allocation of the shares, completion of the applicable formalities and registration of your shares in the registers of Coffee Car France. An application or the signature of preparatory documents is not, on its own, enough to make you a shareholder.
What is the €2 per day for?
The €2 per day is the contribution to the Coffee Car Programme. It starts from the actual handover of the machine. It helps fund the network’s services in particular: technical support, maintenance, digital tools and services, updates, network administration and services related to the advertising system.
How does the advertising revenue work?
The Programme provides a pool equal to 10% of the advertising revenue actually received by Coffee Car France, intended for drivers who have actually taken part in the campaigns concerned, according to the Programme’s terms. This advertising revenue is separate from any dividends linked to holding shares.
Are dividends guaranteed?
No. Dividends are neither automatic nor guaranteed. They can only be paid if Coffee Car France has distributable profits and a proper decision to distribute them is taken. As with any investment in a company’s share capital.
Can I leave the Programme?
Yes. A Driver-Investor can leave the Programme for good under the conditions set out in the contractual documents and the articles of association. Leaving involves, in particular, returning the Coffee Car machine and equipment and applying the procedure that governs their shares.
What happens to my shares if I leave the Programme?
If they leave the Programme for good, the driver does not keep their shares. They must transfer them within the set period, currently 90 days, in accordance with the Articles of Association and the Shareholders’ Agreement.
The transfer may be made in particular to another driver in the network or, where possible, to Coffee Car France under the applicable mechanisms. Coffee Car France is not obliged to buy back the shares automatically.
In the event of refusal or inaction, the statutory and contractual mechanisms provided to organise the transfer may be applied.
When will I receive my Coffee Car machine?
Coffee Car works by launching production runs.
First, we build the group of drivers needed to launch production. As soon as the planned threshold is reached, Coffee Car officially starts manufacturing and each driver concerned is informed.
From the start of manufacturing, allow 4 to 5 months before the machine is made available, including manufacturing, shipping, checks and preparation before installation in the vehicle.
You are kept informed of the main steps until your equipment is made available.
Should I offer the coffee to my passengers or can I charge for it?
Each driver is free to choose.
Coffee Car France leaves each driver free to decide whether to offer the coffee to their passengers as a goodwill gesture or to charge for it.
This decision is entirely up to the driver, according to their own business strategy and the relationship they want to build with their customers.
Coffee Car France requires neither free coffee nor charging for it.
Do I have to buy the coffee and consumables myself?
When starting out, each driver will need to buy the coffee capsules and the consumables needed for the service themselves: cups, stirrers and sugar.
However, Coffee Car France is currently negotiating with suppliers, including a coffee roaster, in order to offer all drivers in the network quality coffee capsules and consumables at preferential prices.
Once these agreements are in place, drivers will be able to choose between two supply options:
- Direct delivery of coffee capsules and consumables.
- Collection from Coffee Car France’s head office.
Our aim is to make drivers’ day-to-day work easier by offering quality products at the best negotiated prices, with no obligation to buy from Coffee Car France.
Does the Coffee Car machine need special capsules?
No, no special capsules are needed.
Coffee Car France machines use Nespresso Original format capsules, available in supermarkets.
You can therefore easily stock up on compatible capsules without having to go through Coffee Car France.
Each driver remains free to choose their coffee brand, provided the capsules are compatible with the machine. Our aim is to give you simple, practical and accessible supply every day.
